Arkansas Society of Enrolled Agents (ARKSEA) is a professional membership organization dedicated to representing, promoting and enhancing the enrolled agent profession. Enrolled Agents (EA's) are unique as the only group of tax practitioners required to maintain their credentials through continuing education which is reported directly to the IRS. Enrolled Agents are equipped to handle the most complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations and licensed to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS.

The ARKSEA is a not for profit organization comprised of Enrolled Agents (EA) who are admitted to practice before the IRS allowing these members to represent taxpayers before all administrative functions before the IRS. Members are licensed by the Federal Government's Treasury Department and are tax professionals with expertise in tax preparation from individuals to small businesses and corporations.

EAs can advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts and entities with tax reporting requirements. EA's prepare millions of tax returns each year. EAs expertise in the continually changing field of tax law enables them to effectively represent taxpayers audited by the IRS.
