Jeffrey A. Schneider
EA, CTRS, NTPI Fellow

Jeffrey A. Schneider, EA, CTRS, NTPI Fellow is the principal in SFS Tax & Accounting Services and SFS Tax Problem Solutions in Stuart, FL. He has been in the field of taxation since 1979 and became an Enrolled Agent in 2005 and became a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist designation by the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers in 2015. He received a certification in college planning in 2007, and became a Certified Divorce Financial Analysts in 2004.

Jeffrey has been in the field of taxation for over thirty-five years working for multi-national companies and has been in private practice full time since 1999. He's been a member of National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents (FSEA), American Society of Tax Problem Solvers (ASTPS) and the National Association of Tax Practitioners (NATP). He is a past president of the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents (2013/2014) and is a former President of the Treasure Coast (2013/2015) and Palm Beach Chapters (2009/2010 & 2010/2011) of the FSEA. He was a two term member of NAEA's National Board of Directors (2014-2016 & 2016-2018).

He was he 2016 & 2017 NAEA Awards Committee Chair, a founding member of the NAEA Implementation Task Force on Education (commonly known as Educating America), a member of the 2015/2016 NTPI Planning Committee and a past five term Chair of the FSEA Education Committee.

He is the 2014 NAEA Excellence in Education Award winner and the 2014 Mentor of the Year and 2015, 2016, 2018 Excellence in Education Award given by the FSEA.

Jeffrey attained a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Finance & Economics from the College of Staten Island and a Master's of Science in Taxation from Long Island University. He was an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College teaching individual and business taxes.

He has been a featured author for the NAEA EA Journal, Treasure Coast Business Journal, the National Association of Tax Professionals, and is still sought out by various freelance writers for other publications.

Jeffrey has spoken before members of the NAEA/FSEA at many FSEA functions and at most of its individual chapter meetings. He has presented before other tax professionals, at many NAEA Affiliates and at local expos and organizations on various tax & business topics. He has provided workshops on college planning and on the tax and financial issues and its impact on divorce. He is a past discussion leader at Level II at NTPI and presenter in Level I.

Schneider is also the author of guide book, “Now What? I got a Tax Notice from the IRS. Help!, the first in a series of Now What, Help! books.

And most recently, Jeffrey was honored to be selected to the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council (OPR Subgroup) for the next three years.

He is married to Ali, and has two children. Jeff and Ali reside in Port St. Lucie, FL and are “pseudo empty-nesters” where they take care of their 14 year old Yorkie, Boodah.


Pamela Carr

Dr. Pamela S. Carr

I grew up in Harrison, Arkansas. After high school, I received a Bachelors degree from Arkansas Tech University in accounting, a Master of Arts in Accounting from Missouri State University and a PhD. from Oklahoma State University.

I am a CPA and practiced in public accounting for about 3 years. I teach Principles of Accounting I and II, Federal Tax I and II and Accounting Information Systems. I am married with two grown, married children and five wonderful grandchildren.

I love reading, riding 4 wheelers with my husband, traveling and sewing and needlework. I have been a professor at ATU for 27 years. Prior to coming to Russellville I taught at Missouri State University and Drury College in Springfield, MO.


Richard J. Whittington

Richard (Dick) J. Whittington

Dick is a Quality Management Systems consultant, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and Quality Management Systems Trainer. He develops electronic interactive ISO 9001 / 14001 / 16949 procedural documentation systems, and consults/assists corporations in the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award arena. Dick previously served as Director of Quality Assurance and Configuration Management (Hardware, Software, Firmware, and Courseware) for CAE-Link Corporation; a 6000-employee aircraft simulator manufacturer, developing and administering company quality systems on over 100 government contracts. Dick previously served 26 years with the United States Air Force, both as a Command Pilot and Logistician. He designed specifications for, procured and supervised the first USAF Aircraft Maintenance Management Information System, and has hands-on Executive Management experience as Deputy Chief of Staff – Logistics, in the administration and operation of large logistical operations (vehicle, aircraft maintenance, procurement, contracts, supply line engineering, civil engineering, transportation, and finance): responsible for logistics operations at 15 national and international locations ($4.5B assets and 38,000 personnel)

Tracy L. Cole

Dr. Tracy L. Cole received the Juris Doctor from UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, December 2003, High Honors - GPA 3.78 - Class Rank 1 / 99. She was Licensed to practice law by the State of Arkansas, 2004 to present, Bar No. 2004065. Awarded Master of Education - University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, December 1991. Dr. Cole earned her Bachelor of Science of Education - University of Arkansas at Fayetteville,August 1990, and graduated with High Honors.

Dr. Cole is now the Associate Professor of Legal Services at Arkansas Tech University where she has been since Fall 2007. Prior positions: University of Central Arkansas, Adjunct Faculty, Business Law, Fall 2005 to Spring 2007. She has extensive legal experience with the following entities: United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Judicial Clerk, Honorable J. Leon Holmes, Chief Judge, August 2005 - August 2007. Williams & Anderson Law Firm, Attorney, Little Rock, Arkansas, November 2004 - July 2005. Primary practice areas: business litigation, employment law, contracts, commercial leases, and intellectual property.
