Curtis Davis

Curtis Davis resides in Batesville, Arkansas with Donna, his wife of 28 years, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business as a graduate from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro. Although retired, Curtis continues to maintain a small practice with select clients for tax accounting and tax consulting. His love of seminar presentation stems from a 37-year, professional hobby in instructing and calling western-style square dancing on a semi-national level. Other accomplishments include being a previous Quickbooks Pro Advisor, Past President and Treasurer of the White River Kiwanis Club, Past Treasurer of Ozark Foothills Film Festival, Inc., Past Treasurer/Accountant of Habitat for Humanity, Inc. of Batesville, and a graduate of Kelton Realtor School in Jonesboro.

Dr. Pamela S. Carr

I grew up in Harrison, Arkansas. After high school, I received a Bachelors degree from Arkansas Tech University in accounting, a Master of Arts in Accounting from Missouri State University and a PhD. from Oklahoma State University.

I am a CPA and practiced in public accounting for about 3 years. I teach Principles of Accounting I and II, Federal Tax I and II and Accounting Information Systems. I am married with two grown, married children and five wonderful grandchildren.

I love reading, riding 4 wheelers with my husband, traveling and sewing and needlework. I have been a professor at ATU for 27 years. Prior to coming to Russellville I taught at Missouri State University and Drury College in Springfield, MO.

Dr. Tracy L. Cole received the Juris Doctor from UALR William H. Bowen School of Law, December 2003, High Honors - GPA 3.78 - Class Rank 1 / 99. She was Licensed to practice law by the State of Arkansas, 2004 to present, Bar No. 2004065. Awarded Master of Education - University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, December 1991. Dr. Cole earned her Bachelor of Science of Education - University of Arkansas at Fayetteville,August 1990, and graduated with High Honors.

Dr. Cole is now the Associate Professor of Legal Services at Arkansas Tech University where she has been since Fall 2007. Prior positions: University of Central Arkansas, Adjunct Faculty, Business Law, Fall 2005 to Spring 2007. She has extensive legal experience with the following entities: United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Judicial Clerk, Honorable J. Leon Holmes, Chief Judge, August 2005 - August 2007. Williams & Anderson Law Firm, Attorney, Little Rock, Arkansas, November 2004 - July 2005. Primary practice areas: business litigation, employment law, contracts, commercial leases, and intellectual property.
